An intimate site specific theatre production that moves through space, time and cultural history exploring the African encounter with the 'other'.

Audience members will enter the nightmare dream experience of  the title character, Simon Dube, an African  immigrant haunted by his disconnection to his traditional culture on the eve of returning to the country of his birth to perform the burial rites of his father’s funeral. Simon’s journey is an evolution of the African self that ebbs into high dreams and terrifying nightmares.

I just saw Nightmare Dream and I cannot express how beautiful of an experience that was. I am so touched and everything was just....amazing.

I am just in awe and want to thank you thank thank you for that.

I hope to see more of your shows in the future; now that I am seeing plays again i have been blown away by the work being produced in Toronto lately and this is definitely one of the strongest pieces i have seen this year.

Congratulations to you all!

Thanks again
